Ildar Fazulyanov, MBA

Ildar has significant valuation experience having performed multiple types of valuations.  He started his career in management consulting with Bain & Company.  He then worked in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers.  After business school, Ildar worked in venture capital with vSpring Capital where he made investments and managed portfolio companies (boards of Cogito, DriveSafety, S5 Wireless and Senforce).  Ildar worked for S5 Wireless as CFO where he helped raise over $20 million in venture and debt financing.

Ildar received his B.A. in Economics Magna Cum Laude from BYU and his M.B.A. in the top 10% of his class (Tuck Scholar Honors) from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Ryan Parker, CPA

Ryan has significant valuation, auditing and SEC reporting experience.  He performed multiple types of valuations for public and private companies.  While at the University of Utah he founded and was President of Aculus, a website optimization software start-up.  He later worked for Ernst & Young where he managed audit, valuation and compliance engagements.  He also has significant valuation, Sarbanes Oxley and compliance experience with Cadence Consulting. Ryan received B.S. and MAcc degrees in Accounting from University of Utah.
